Client Experiences
Starting therapy felt intimidating for me, but working with Katherine quickly felt grounding and supportive. She created a space where I didn't feel rushed or judged, and that made it easier to open up.
What stood out most was how personalized the work felt. Therapy never felt like a template — Katherine took the time to really understand what I was experiencing and adapted her approach as we went.
I wasn't sure how telehealth therapy would feel, but sessions were surprisingly personal and connected. Katherine created a space that felt just as supportive as in-person care.
I worked with therapists on other platforms, but the care often felt stretched thin. With Katherine, I felt more supported and genuinely attended to.
As a parent, I appreciated how collaborative and non-judgmental Katherine was. She helped me think through how to support my child in a way that felt realistic and compassionate.
Therapy with Katherine felt human and responsive. I never felt like I was being pushed in a direction that didn't fit — instead, the work moved at a pace that felt right for me.
"Real change happens when you feel understood, not when you're told what to do."
About Katherine
I'm Katherine LeBlanc, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience in the field. I hold a Masters in Social Work and have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments.
I support young adults and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, and relational trauma. My work blends evidence-based care with a humanistic, whole-person approach. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and deeply reflective—focused on helping you build emotional clarity, secure relationships, and sustainable change.
I take a "person in the environment" approach, thinking about your interactions and relationships within the micro-to-macro systems that surround you. Much of the deeper work done by my clients surrounds themes of perfectionism, childhood attachment wounds, and healing from relational trauma.

Ways I Support Clients Beyond Sessions
Care that's personalized — not protocol-driven. Support that extends beyond the therapy hour when you need it.
All care is individualized. These options are designed to support continuity and responsiveness — not to standardize therapy.
When questions arise between appointments
Brief, secure messaging support between sessions for moments when questions arise, emotions feel overwhelming, or clarity is needed. Many challenges occur outside the therapy hour — this option allows care to continue in a supportive, contained way.
Boundaries are maintained to ensure care remains ethical and sustainable.
Personalized session reflections
Brief written reflections after sessions highlighting key themes, tools, and points of focus — designed to help you integrate therapy into daily life. Especially supportive for clients who want to remember, reflect, and apply insights between sessions.
Support for families
Consultative sessions for parents seeking guidance around a child's emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs. This collaborative approach provides practical guidance and support without immediately enrolling the child in therapy.
This is not therapy for the child — it's support and guidance for you as a parent.
Available when clinically appropriate
When helpful, I collaborate with schools, prescribers, pediatricians, or other providers to support continuity of care. This ensures everyone involved in your wellbeing is working together effectively.
Available when helpful and clinically appropriate.
